If your cruise docks in Nassau, a Tranquilitas appointment may fit your time ashore. The important part is planning realistically around travel, appointment length and your ship's return deadline.
Book backwards from your all-aboard time
Cruise visits can be short, and the published ship itinerary is not the same as the time you must be back onboard. Check your ship's all-aboard time first, then allow a comfortable margin for leaving the port, local traffic, your full treatment, and the trip back.
Our spa is located on Collins Avenue, not inside the cruise terminal. That distinction matters. We do not advertise an invented fixed walk time or include transport unless separately confirmed.
Is the spa or mobile option better?
If you want to leave the port area, the Collins Avenue spa gives you a dedicated treatment room for massage or a couples session. Mobile massage may work at an eligible hotel, villa or other booked private venue, but cannot be assumed available at the cruise pier.
Guests who only have a very short window should call before booking. We can discuss reasonable appointment options and whether the preferred service makes sense for the day.
What to share with us
Tell us the ship name if relevant, the date you'll be in Nassau, approximate available time ashore, and your preferred treatment duration. This gives the team context to help select an appointment rather than selling a service you cannot comfortably reach.
If you are joining a broader excursion or have other timed activities, include those in your planning. Travel and venue access are always part of the decision.
- Verify the ship's all-aboard deadline.
- Budget time for port exit, transportation and return.
- Confirm any transport arrangements separately; they are not automatically included.
